I was so sad to see him go, but now I'm so excited to know that we will be able to see him even more and really get to know the real Chris Sligh!! Thanks for all the info!!

Hi Chris and Chris' fans. I just want to say that Chris was, by a wide margin, the best male singer on the current american idol show. He was much better than any of the other male singers. I could not believe he was eliminated. I probably won't watch the show anymore, it's a joke. I am glad to see he is going to keep going like Chris Daughtry. I am a musician also and I hate to see glitz and glamour win over talent. I liked Eliot last time, he was way better than Taylor Hicks.

Sad to see him go, even though predicted he'd be in bottom three, Never thought he'd get voted off....certainly not before Sanjaya!
Now Chris is free to pursue his passion without restraint! Thanks for this awesome website.

On radio station KUDL at 8:56 in Kansas City this morning they were talking about Chris leaving last night. They said and he has released this song... and they played an excerpt of Communion song. I drove home and called the station and asked them how we could hear more of Chris Sligh. She kinda giggled and said that this was the only song they knew of that he has released. So I told them about the album on A m a z o n and asked them to check into it. So all of you Chris fans start calling radio stations please. I was so bummed but hearing this absolutely made me cheer!

I was shocked and sad to see Chris go! He is so genuine, funny, talented and refreshingly moral, not to mention so sweet on his wife! I am going to buy his cd asap.I wonder how Chris would know how much he is admired and missed? Does he read this site? Is there anyway of letting him know how much his personality and singing affected our family?

Chris has a beautiful voice and is very special...I know he will make it big out there in the music world...I'm going to buy his music...God go with you Chris Sligh....
