Last week's coach for the guys, Peter Noone, has written about his recent experience on American Idol on his blog. 

He says about Chris: "Chris Sligh sang She's Not There, and I asked him to find out who she was and where she was and incredibly he understood what I was talking about and did it and even mentioned it DURING his shot on the show!!!He told me he was a big British Invasion songs fan because his dad played that music at home, so I told him that my Dad did too. He seems like a really confident and charming chap."

That was a fun read! I love the part where he says, "on behalf of everyone in the whirled". What?! Oh well, it made me laugh. The whole article was very funny and he seems like a great guy. So glad he was on the show.

He seemed like a great, normal guy. Chris will have a lot of cool stories out of this experience. Seeing Noone's wife and daughter in the audience was fun, they seemed like AI fans and that they loved their husband/dad, so he must be a pretty stand-up fella.

Hi, ran across your posts while surfing about Peter Noone. I'm a huge fan of his, and he's the real deal... a great guy, with wonderful insight about people and music. I'm sure Chris got some great advice from him. Glad you enjoyed it!
