And Then There Were The Touring Ten

Luna and Bethel, the famous eBay blogging toy fox terriers, are pleased to be back on the official Chris Sligh Fansite again to make more reviewing and talking and general showing of what dogs know about reality television and the high stakes entertainment industry! Simon, watch out! Dogs are after your job!

Luna and Bethel settled down last night for an evening of American Idol excitement and booting and general meanness toward contestants Luna and Bethel had grown to know and love! Well, Luna and Bethel love some of them. Chris Sligh comes to mind when Luna and Bethel think of love!

First up, the contestants did again the songs they did on Tuesday night, amazing Luna and Bethel with their fastness of changing clothes and running on and offstage! Someone told Luna and Bethel that it was a recap tape, but Luna and Bethel know fast singers when they see them!

Then, Peter Noone of Herman’s Hermits and American Idol coach showed his stuff by singing "A Kind of Hush" to Luna and Bethel! There was a noise of steam escaping whenever Peter said "Hussssshhhhh." Luna and Bethel were too busy checking for gas leaks and snakes to pay attention to this part of the show.

The hissing noise stopped just in time for Luna and Bethel to enjoy the Ford Video of the week, which was the American Idol contestants taking baths in their clothes. Luna and Bethel felt sorry for the contestants. Baths=Torture. Isn’t the show mean enough to the contestants already!???

More meanness to contestants after that. Ryan told Luna and Bethel that Phil, Melinda, and Blake weren’t in the bottom three. Ryan told Luna and Bethel that Chris Sligh, LaKisha, and Jordin weren’t in the bottom three. Yay Chris Sligh! Luna and Bethel almost turned off the TV, but decided to watch the rest of the show. Ryan told Luna and Bethel that Sanjaya, Haley, and Gina weren’t in the bottom three. Then…Ryan told Luna and Bethel that Chris R. and Stephanie were in the bottom…TWO. What happened to the other contestant, is what Luna and Bethel want to know! How is it that Luna and Bethel have better math skills than Ryan?! Ryan, you should watch your job, too!

Then more meanness to contestants, no results yet, Ryan telling Luna and Bethel about Idol Gives Back. Ryan asking corporations to give money. HA! Luna and Bethel know corporations, and good luck getting significant money from them!

More meanness to contestants, making them listen to Lulu sing "To Sir With Love," but not as mean as making Luna and Bethel listen to Diana Ross last week.

THEN…..the moment of truth…Ryan told Luna and Bethel that they were RIGHT in their last Official Chris Sligh Fansite review! Stephanie had to leave Luna and Bethel and American Idol! Poor Stephanie! No tour for her! However, Luna and Bethel are happy to gloat and brag that they were right and to announce that 30 million voters are listening to LUNA AND BETHEL!!!!!

Luna and Bethel - Reviewers

First of all, let Luna and Bethel say that they don’t know what British means or invasion means, but Luna and Bethel know all about elimination, which means peeing on the carpet! This was a very good American Idol show, very good! It started with Paula admitting that she likes to think of Simon "not dressed," which Luna and Bethel did not understand because they thought Paula hates Simon.

Next, Ryan talked about British music, boring, boring, bugs with hair coming to America to sing, other British pests following later. Get on with the show! Then Luna and Bethel met Peter Noone and Lulu, this week’s American Idol coaches. Blondies, bouncies, teethies, funny talkies….Luna and Bethel liked them! It made Luna and Bethel sad to realize, however, that Diana Ross must have thought she was on "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?" last week.

Now, Luna and Bethel will tell you what each singer sang and what Luna and Bethel thought of the singer.

Haley - "Tell Him" Luna and Bethel were surprised to see what must have been Luna and Bethel’s baby cousins running around loose under Haley’s shirt! Haley might be using puppies to stay on the show! Luna and Bethel think this is smart because so many people like puppies!

Chris R. - "Don’t Let The Sun" Luna and Bethel think that their baby cousins must be loose in Chris’ pants and biting him when he hits some of those breathy, thin high notes.

Stephanie - "You Don’t Have To Say You Love Me" One of Luna and Bethel’s favorite songs! Beautifully and dramatically performed by Dusty Springfield in the past, not Stephanie in the present! Goodbye, Stephanie!

Blake - "It’s The Time Of The Season" Luna and Bethel were glad to see Blake making mouth toots again.

LaKisha - "Diamonds Are Forever" And Luna and Bethel thought that song was forever, too.

Phil - "Tobacco Road" Luna and Bethel wish that Phil would bring out his sister Magenta and do the Time Warp some week.

Jordin - "I Who Have Nothing" Luna and Bethel wait every week for Jordin to smash Ryan to pieces like Godzilla smashing Tokyo.

Sanjaya - "You Really Got Me" Sanjaya made a little girl cry, maybe made a large percentage of Americans at home cry, but WILL STAY ON THE SHOW for reasons nobody seems to be able to explain to Luna and Bethel

Gina - "Paint It Black" It doesn’t matter what Gina sings, Luna and Bethel are mesmerized by Gina’s arms.

Chris Sligh - "She’s Not There" VERY GOOD SINGING! Luna and Bethel loved this! Chris Sligh entered through the audience, singing his good singing and giving high fives! Chris Sligh went onstage and poked Simon with the microphone stand, poke, poke, poke!!!! Chris Sligh sang that song very beautifully and Luna and Bethel really think that Chris was singing that song JUST ABOUT LUNA AND BETHEL because they can’t be there with Chris now! Chris, Luna and Bethel are right here!

Melinda - "As Long As He Needs Me" Luna and Bethel didn’t see this because Chris Sligh was over so Luna and Bethel went to the kitchen to get a snack.
