I've been poking around again on the internet. Apparently, Nashville has picnic SHELTERS (something I had never seen before)
in some of their parks. This would afford some protection from the rain:

Pavilions (that's what we call the shelters around here, at least the big ones that have a lot of picnic tables) are very common in parks of any decent size, at least in the South. You just have to reserve them. I'd have thought they were all over. We're getting an education on here and learning about what is available in different parts of the country. Come South and you get Rotel and pavilions! LOL Risa

I can't believe I missed everything. Just logged on and am beside myself with excitement! Don't really care where or when we do it, though considering how freakin hot it was this year, I would say early Summer would be best! I want to help in any way I can, so as this gets going include me in. I don't know what skills I have to offer but I'm up for anything. If I need to go pick up some Fro Patoers I am certainly willing to play taxi if it means the difference in someone coming, and someone not coming. The more the better.

I wish there was a way to show on here when it's updated. But that'd be complicated.

My latest additions are: Update#2, the Guest List, and the Sponsorship Plan.

I added you +1 Guest to my "official" guest list . And you're on the online one.

As for what you mentioned about the site - yes. we can totally use that site for other parties in the future. The _title_ of the page can change really easily. And the url will always stay the same. So that's not a problem.
