"Po" Loves the Fro Patro'!

Simon vs. Sligh on the American Idol Chris Sligh message board is heating up!

Here are a few excerpts that had me particularly rolling on the floor:

"Simon starts off with a twirl and right hooks Chris in the jaw...
Chris steps back then throws a powerball punch right in Simon's nose.."

"The referee tells Chris to stop swinging because the round is over. Looks like Ryan is ushering in some Teletubbies!"

"Simon tag-teams La La into the ring. La La immediately kicks Chris in his tinky winky"

"Chris sits on a stool in the blue corner, sweat dripping off his face being massaged by a Micheal Clark Duncan lookalike. With the blow to his tinky winky Chris is beginning to wonder if he'll be able to make it. Suddenly, Il Devo enters the ring. Chris screams, when suddenly... they pull out two bottles of Herbal Essences, BedHead Hairspray, and a large pick. They begin to replenish Chris' fros back to health. The crowd goes wild!"

"Meanwhile...over in the red corner we have Simon crying uncontrolably on Ryan's shoulder. Simon does manage to utter, "I wanna be in the Fro Patro!!". "

Well, last week I found out about a site called Dial Idol.  Apparently, if you have a land line, you can download software that will continuously dial your favorite Idol's phone number and vote for you.  I don't have a land line, so I haven't tried it out.  If you have,  leave a comment below and let us know what you think about it.

Also, Dial Idol is supposed to help predict the 'winners' and 'losers' by the amount of busy signals that the software gets.

The prediction results were not very accurate last week, but there were a lot of contestants, maybe it will work better as the show goes on.
