Chris had to do his evening concert at Marcus Pointe without his band and strictly acoustic. He said he was little nervous at first. He was still wonderful and his googlated personalty came out shining. I had not heard his recent CD, so I did not know the nature of his songs. He assured everyone that some of the songs were "real rockers". Everyone laughed because it is sometimes hard to imagine a "real rocker" when it the song is only played acoustically. He took time to share some personal things from his heart that made the concert special. Chris seeks God's will in his life and shared his struggles with complete surrender to the Lord and his battles, like all of us, with the lure flesh (fame, fortune and power). I bought his recent CD and it truly does rock, it is original and it is as good as any CD available today. Get it; you will be glad you did.

I had the honnor of going to this sevice , and hear mr. sligh sing ( he is one of my favorit singers) the house was packed , I arrived 40 min early, and was lucky I found a place to sit . I have been going to that church for 2years now and have never seen it that packed . there were people standing ! just to see this man sing . I also had the great honnor of meeting this man, and he was truely a nice man . I came home and had to show all my friends and family the vidio and pic of him.
